The Vanguard School and Services is pleased to welcome Robin Harris as our new Director of Student Services, bringing more than two decades of experience supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.

Throughout her career as a school counselor, administrator, and therapist, Robin has been driven by a desire to advocate for students whose needs may not always fit within traditional educational settings. That passion made Vanguard a natural fit.

“What has stood out to me most about Vanguard is its passionate commitment to each student,” Robin shared. “Every person I have encountered has demonstrated a genuine desire to provide students with the best possible social, emotional, and educational experience.”

A self-described servant leader, Robin looks forward to strengthening collaboration and helping create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and capable of success.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spontaneous road trips with her two children, music, audiobooks, psychological thrillers, Marvel movies, and spending time with her dog, Cinnamon La’Darius.
