Tom Rzepnicki has been officially appointed our Director of Education. He served as interim Director for the second half of the 2025–26 school year, and before that as Assistant Director of Education. He has been part of the Vanguard family since 2021, and it shows in how well he knows our students, families, and staff.

Having over 20 years in education and student support, mostly in Approved Private Schools, Tom has a range of experience, including paraprofessional, special ed teacher, transportation coordinator, program supervisor, and has held various leadership roles along the way.

Since stepping into this position, Tom has led with heart, worked closely with everyone across our community, and kept things steadily moving forward.
