As the Founder and Principal Managing Partner of LCA Consulting & Business Services LLC, she delivers executive coaching, people strategy, workforce design and organizational design solutions to C-suite leaders and people management across industries—from biotech and pharmaceuticals to government and technology. 

Susan’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning. Her consultancy has grown exponentially since its relaunch in 2020, expanding both its client base and increasing revenue by 70%. Her clients include Merck, Eli Lilly, Kyowa Kirin, Incyte, Cellino Biotech, the Governor’s Office of Delaware and many more. 

In academia, Susan serves as a guest lecturer and fellow advisor for the Texas Medical Center’s post-doctoral Entrepreneur-In-Training program, where she leads sessions on ethics, engagement, and entrepreneurship. She also designs and moderates global leadership workshops on change adaptation, business management, manager accountability, people engagement and team mobilization, helping leaders navigate complex transitions with clarity and confidence. 

Her career includes senior HR leadership roles at Takeda, Medimmune, AstraZeneca (via PSE), and HSBC, where she spearheaded talent optimization systems, global mobility programs, performance excellence and divestiture strategies. She is recognized for her ability to translate business challenges into scalable learning experiences and sustainable workforce solutions. 

Susan holds an MBA from the Malcolm Baldridge School of Business, a BBA from George Washington University, and executive credentials from The Harvard School of Business. She is certified in global culture systems, leadership competency frameworks, and workforce compliance. 

A committed advocate for inclusive leadership and professional development, Susan has served on multiple boards, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Healthworks® Academies, and the Delaware State Racial Justice Commission.
